Dr. Vishad Viswanath

Dr. Vishad Viswanath is an alumnus of Medical College Trivandrum, where he completed his MBBS. He received his MD in General Medicine from Medical College Kottayam, Kerala, and joined the prestigious Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute for Medical Sciences, Lucknow, for his DM training. He completed his DM in 2011 and joined Christian Medical College, Vellore, as a Consultant in the Department of Rheumatology and Clinical Immunology. At CMC, he was involved in patient care and the training of DM and fellowship students in Rheumatology. He played a key role in operationalizing the extremity MRI unit at CMC, one of the first of its kind in India. He returned to Kerala in 2013, providing essential services to patients with various rheumatic diseases.

Dr. Shehanaaz Begum earned her MBBS and MD from Government Medical College, Trivandrum, where she achieved first rank in the MD Pulmonary Medicine exam conducted by KUHS. With a strong foundation in pulmonary medicine, her clinical interests focus on interstitial lung diseases, respiratory allergies, and sleep medicine.

Dr. Veena V Nair is a Consultant Pediatric and Adolescent Endocrinologist at IRIS, Thiruvananthapuram, specializing in hormonal disorders in children. She graduated from Govt. Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram, securing third rank and completed her Post Graduation in Pediatrics at SAT Hospital, Govt Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram, with a Gold Medal. Dr. Veena received specialized training in Pediatric Endocrinology from Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences (SGPGIMS), Lucknow. She has also worked as a Senior Research Associate in the Department of Endocrinology at Christian Medical College, Vellore. Dr. Veena has been working as a Consultant Pediatric and Adolescent Endocrinologist in Thiruvananthapuram since 2013.

Dr. Sabari Girish R, MBBS, MS, PDCC Spine Fellowship, and Spine Diploma, is a Senior Consultant Spine Surgeon with over 12 years of experience in treating spinal disorders. He has served as an Orthopaedic Spine Consultant at Aster Medicity Cochin and an Associate Professor at SUTAMS Thiruvananthapuram. Currently, he practices at Cosmopolitan Hospital, GG Hospital, and IRIS Thiruvananthapuram. His expertise includes spinal deformities, primary and metastatic tumors of the spine, and minimally invasive spine surgeries. Dr. Sabari is also a published author and a respected faculty member at national spine conferences.
